This problem is currently solved by some users by using PhonePe App. Currently, users must manually enter account details of their own accounts to get the ‘send to self’ option in Google pay, which has been made easier in the PhonePe app than in Google Pay. So, in that case, the ‘send money to self-account’ option is a very valuable option for a user.
